Get to know Julia Pascual, the beautiful Paulita Gomez in 'Maria Clara at Ibarra'
As 'Maria Clara at Ibarra' enters the world of Jose Rizal's 'El Filibusterismo,' new chacters are being introduces and one of them is the beautiful Paulita Gomez, played by Julia Pascual.
For those who don't know, Julia is one of the Kapuso talents who signed under GMA Artist Center in the 'Signed for Stardom” event in 2021. She might've been one of the new faces in GMA, but she's actually part of one of the showbiz clans being the daughter of Pocholo Pascual, older brother of actor Piolo Pascual.
Julia is a music student at MINT college before entering showbiz. With the full support of her uncle, she is able to showcase her talents in singing, dancing, and acting. Among her other interests were gymnastics, which she used to do when she was younger and cheer dancing.
With her newest role as Paulita Gomez on 'Maria Clara at Ibarra,' Julia is sure to continue on the road to stardom.

Family
The newbie actress comes from a big and beautiful family. She's the daughter of Pocholo Pascual, older brother of Piolo Pascual and cousin of Kapuso actor Benjamin Alves.
Role Model
In an interview, Julia mentioned that she considers uncle Piolo her role model in life. She added that she wanted to see herself "As happy as him" 10 years from now.
Mucisian at heart
Julia is a musician at heart. She studies music at the MINT College, an educational institute specializing in college programs in the fields of business, arts, and technology.
Theater
Julia also performed in theatre, where she played the role of Josephine Bracken in a play about the life of Jose Rizal.
Big Dreams
Julia is a girl with big dreams who wishes to pursue her music career and release award-winning records. She also hopes to be part of blockbuster films and start her own restaurant someday. She and her dad are even planning to collaborate on it after she finishes college.
Ocean Child
Julia has previously considered herself an ocean child for her love of swimming. She also loves to be productive and enjoys her hobbies which include cooking, playing the keyboard and the guitar, singing, and keeping fit by working out.

Aside from swimming, she also enjoyed playing football and soccer during her high school days. However, it's not something she wanted to pursue professionally.

Julia also used to cheer dance in her younger years. In fact, she was able to perform again at the NCAA halftime show last year.

Aside from her role in 'Maria Clara at Ibarra,' Julia will also play a supporting role in the much-awaited 'Voltes V: Legacy.'
All-out performer
Julia Pascual can be considered an all-out performer. Aside from acting, she recently performed a song or two in the Noel Bazaar held last December. In connection to this, Julia hopes to be a regular cast on the hit variety show 'All-Out Sundays.'
