The year 2023 is the Year of the Rabbit, specifically of the Water Rabbit, according to the Chinese calendar.

The Year of the Water Rabbit will officially begin on January 22, 2023, which is the Chinese New Year, and will last until February 9, 2024.

Meanwhile, those who were born in the years 2011, 1999, 1987, 1975, 1963, 1951, and so on, are considered part of the Rabbit year.
