The life and work of YouTube vlogger Emman Nimedez
Content creator and YouTube vlogger Emman Nimedez started making videos in 2011 and garnered online presence in 2017 for making parody videos of Korean dramas.
In the span of three years, his subscriber count has risen to a whopping 2.33 million subscribers. Emman became a well-known figure in the vlogging community for his videos which ranged from daily vlogs, Q&A's, parodies, and travel. He has also released his own single "Uuwian" in 2020.
In May 2020, Emman revealed that he had been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia, a cancer of the blood and bone marrow. "Ito na siguro yung pinaka-malaking hamon na binigay sa 'kin ng nasa itaas," he said in a past video where he opened up about his battle with cancer.
In June 2020, Emman started his first cycle of chemotherapy and was recovering at home. However, in July 2020, Emman was rushed to a hospital for kidney failure and blood complications. He passed away on August 16, 2020.

One of his popular videos on YouTube is a music video parody of "Kriminal" by O.C. Dawgs which was posted on April 2016. The video is a collaboration with vloggers Roger Raker and Cong TV and has earned over 1 million views.
Travel
Aside from content creation, Emman is also a travel junkie. He wrote in this Instagram post, "Kung mabibigyan lang ako ng chance na malibot ang buong Asia."
