Celebrity reservists Dingdong Dantes, Beatrice Luigi Gomez, and Winwyn Marquez took the time to visit wounded and sick soldiers at the Victoriano Luna Medical Center in Quezon City.

Former Miss Universe Philippines Beatrice Luigi Gomez continues to work with the Philippine military, but she's not the only celebrity doing so.

In one of the more recent posts on her Instagram account, Beatrice posted multiple photos of her visiting wounded and sick soldiers at the Victoriano Luna Medical Center. In some of the photos, Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes and Winwyn Marquez can also be seen in military uniforms. Just like Beatrice, Dingdong and Winwyn are both reservists as well.

Beatrice's hospital visit with Dingdong and Winwyn comes after her talk at the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Reservists National Convention and the 1st RRAPI General Assembly. In her Instagram post about the event, Beatrice said she shared “stories and camaraderie” with fellow reservists and that she was “truly honored” to be part of the event.

These two events are just the latest work that Beatrice has done with the Philippine military. Back in 2022, she was at the Philippine Navy's NAVSTRAP 3 Strategy Execution. In the caption, Beatrice shared that it was an “honor and a privilege” to speak in front of “highly respected leaders of the Philippine Navy, private sectors, and non-profit organizations.”

Back in May 2022, Beatrice was also awarded the Military Merit Medal and named an Honorary Member of Friends of Marines.

The Military Merit Medal is awarded "...for heroic achievement in combat or meritorious achievement for service not involving participation in combat, in connection with military operations against an enemy of the Philippines; for a single act of meritorious service either in a duty responsibility or in direct support of military operations."

Beatrice has also collaborated with the Philippine military when it comes to relief and rescue operations, such as during the aftermath of Typhoon Odette.
