Some of the movies he did were 'Asero' and 'Utol' (1996), 'Iskalawag: Batas ay Batas' (1997), 'Amanos: Patas ang Laban' (1997), 'Notoryus' (1998), 'Birador' (1998), 'Tigasin' (1999), 'Suspek' (1999), and 'Ex-con' (2000). He also appeared in the movie 'Hataw Na' with beauty queen Dayanara Torres and Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano.
Hollywood movie
One of the highlights in Victor's career was playing a bellhop in the 1999 Hollywood movie 'Brokendown Palace.' It was shot in the Philippines and starred Claire Danes and Kate Beckinsale.
Hiatus
After his last regular soap with GMA-7 'Bakekang,' Victor took a seven-year break from showbiz.
Chef
For seven years that he was not working as an artista, Victor focused his energy in the restaurant business as a chef. In an interview with PEP.Ph, he revealed that he traveled to different places in Asia to study about food and also cooked in several restaurants.
Return
In 2014, he returned to showbiz and joined the Kapamilya soap 'Hawak Kamay'. After that he was also tapped by GMA-7 to be part of different shows like 'Pinulot Ka Lang Sa Lupa' and 'TODA One I Love.'
Bomb technician
Aside from being an actor and chef, Victor Neri is also an explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) technician and trained with the Philippine Coast Guard for eight months.
Immigration
He also worked with the Bureau of Immigration for almost a year as an officer in the Fugitive Search Unit.
