Miss Universe Philippines 2019 Gazini Ganados led her fellow queens Samantha Ashley Lo, Leren Mae Bautista, Bea Patricia Magtanong, Aya Abesamis, and Emma Mary Tiglao inside the Philippine Children's Medical Center.
Briefing
Once settled, the queens were briefed by the hospital's director about the day's fun-filled activities.
Meeting the crowd
The queens met up with 50 guests, all comprised of select children and their parents.
Bubble show
Miss Universe Philippines 2019 Gazini Ganados also joined in on the fun by volunteering herself for the bubble show.

Bb. Pilipinas 1st Runner-Up Aya Abesamis even brought her friend along during the program.
