Congratulations Navy Reservist Dingdong Dantes!

Dingdong Dantes has just acquired another skill as a navy reservist after completing the Naval Combat Engineer Officer Basic Course.

The Kapuso Primetime King received a certificate of completion during their graduation rites at the Philippine Navy Seabees Headquarters.

Feeling blessed and surreal about the ceremony, the Family Feud host shared his joy with his followers by posting several pictures of his graduation on Instagram.

In one of his posts, Dingdong mentioned his thoughts and realizations during the ceremony in the captions. He started by telling his experience with their kids, who were curious why their dad was wearing his gala uniform.

"When I left the house this morning, Sixto was surprised to see me in this gala uniform. He asked, 'Dada, where are you going?' I said that I would attend my graduation rites in the Seabees Headquarters. From the second floor to my surprise, I heard the strong, coarse voice of Zia screaming, 'What? You will graduate? Are you a student?'"

Hearing his daughter's question made Dingdong answer happily how it is never too late to study as learning never stops.

At the end of his caption, Dingdong gave a special shoutout to Commodore Rolando Sarmiento. He expressed his excitement and gratefulness for receiving his certificate from the King Bee himself.

Showing her full support, Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera attended the graduation rites, proudly pinning Dingdong's awards: the Rifle Expert Badge and the Kapanalig Medal.

Dingdong expressed his gratitude for his wife's support on the caption of their photo together. He said, "Major shoutout sa aking super supportive na Misis for showing up today and pinning the 'Riffle Expert Badge' and the 'Kapanalig Medal' on me."

He also said in jest, "I'm frozen in place--wouldn't want to risk becoming a human pincushion!"

Last December, Dingdong Dantes posted on his social media how he accomplished his reception rites into the ranks of The Philippine Navy Seabees.

In there he expressed his excitement and gratefulness for how he reached another milestone as a reservist.

Aside from Dingdong, other celebrities like Rocco Nacino, Matteo Guidicelli, and Michelle Dee, offered their services by signing up as military reservists as well.
