Giselle Töngi or G. Tongi rose to fame in the '90s, appearing in such shows as 'Gimik,' 'Beh Bote Nga,' 'Mulawin,' 'Paraiso Ko'y Ikaw' and films as 'Enteng Kabisote' and 'Langit sa Piling Mo.'
Though she has been traveling back and forth from the Philippines and the US, G. Tongi remained in the limelight until the early 2000's.
In 2005, she tied the knot with her now husband Tim Walters.
She moved to the US and now has two children, Kenobi and Sakura.
Though she left showbiz in the Philippines, she never forgot her Filipino roots.

G. Töngi was born to a Filipina mother named Aurora and a Swiss father named Eric. She spent some parts of her childhood in Parañaque, Manila.

She was only 15 when she joined showbiz, appearing in numerous shows and films of both the Kapuso and Kapamilya network.

Though she now resides in the US, G. Töngi remains close to her friends from showbiz such as Eric Quizon whom she refers to as her “favorite best friend in the entire universe."

She studied acting at the The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York City. She also has a degree in communication studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.

G. Töngi says her theatrical role for 'The Producers' for Repertory Philippines is one of her most memorable roles.

Family
She married Tim Walters in a beach wedding in Boracay back in 2005. They now have two children, Sakura Anne Marie and Kenobi Benjamin.

Graduate school
In June 2021, G Tongi completed her master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Antioch University in Los Angeles, California. She earned her bachelor's degree in Communication Studies in University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) back in 2011 and graduated with honors.
