Bea Alonzo recalls reunion with Heart Evangelista and other celebrity friends
In a recent vlog from Bea Alonzo, the actress explains the stories behind some of her Instagram posts.
Among the Instagram posts she picked was her photo taken during a reunion dinner with Sparkle Artist Center consultant Mr. M, and showbiz friends Heart Evangelista, Maja Salvador, Piolo Pascual, John Lloyd Cruz, Diether Ocampo, and Jericho Rosales.
The Love Before Sunrise actress said, "Maraming nagtatanong, 'Bakit kayo nag-get together? May pelikula ba kayo together?'"
Bea continued, "But, actually, guys, wala... pa. Marami kaming napag-usapan na possible movies pero wala pa."
The reunion dinner turned out to be a late birthday celebration for Mr. M and Piolo, who are both January birthday celebrants.
"The reason behind this reunion is birthday kasi ni Piolo and Mr. M nung January. Since January, pinipilit namin na magtagpo-tagpo schedules namin," Bea explained.
She continued, "We're very happy na we were able to see each other. Nagpa-dinner sina Mr. M, first time namin nakita 'yung apartment nila na bago."
Bea joked she had so much fun, it was almost as if it was her own birthday party. "Sobrang saya, hindi ko inexpect na malalasing ako. Para akong ang may birthday party, ako 'yung pinakanag-enjoy."
"It was just really nice to rekindle friendships with the people I grew up with, especially si Heart na ngayon lagi ko na kasama."
"It was like a college or high school reunion. Parang na-bi-break down 'yung walls mo and you tend to just enjoy and be yourself."
Another post Bea explained was her photo with Heart Evangelista.

Bea shared they had promised each other to schedule their dermatology clinic sessions together, and this turned into an opportunity to grow their friendship further.
"Nag-decide kaming pumunta sa bahay ni Heart after tapos nagluto ng masarap na steak si Chiz, and then we just had fun last night with her glam team and I was able to get to know her more, the things I didn't know about her before we became friends again. It was really beautiful.
Bea described Heart, "Familiar siya but she's also like a new person in my life."
