Christian Bautista and wife Kat Ramnani share how to organize a small closet on a budget
The coronavirus quarantine has allowed us to discover new things that we can actually do at home.
Many satisfying trends have popped up since the quarantine started, like baking ube cheese pandesal, joining TikTok, being a plant parent, and simply cooking up experiments in the kitchen to kill boredom.
But for Christian Bautista and his wife, Kat Ramnani, they make the most of their time in quarantine by organizing their home -- something that they were not able to do pre-pandemic when they were busy with their respective careers.
Before the Zoom era, Christian was busy with his showbiz and music commitments while Kat reported to the office regularly as a telecommunications executive.
In the Romantic Balladeer's YouTube channel, he and Kat showed their linen closet organizing routine in a vlog titled " The Lion, the Hitched, and the Wardrobe!," referencing one of Chronicles of Narnia's fantasy novel "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe."
If you're curious who they are referring to as "Lion," it's the couple's pet cat Cheeto who, they shared, loves to sneak into their closet.
Christian and Kat have their own way of organizing stuff. While soap and water will clean the surfaces of the closet, the pair opted to use ionized water because they don't want to put chemicals in their everyday linens.
Like a regular household cleaning product, ionized water is an effective and versatile cleaning product. One notable difference between the two is that the latter is deemed as environmentally-friendly.
Moreover, Christian and Kat proved that decluttering and organizing stuff is not complicated and does not have to be expensive.
In fact, instead of buying a new closet or having it customized, Kat bought travel organizers online that can double as closet organizers. They used them to sort their towels, comforters, blankets, and other "abubots" like a pro without spending much.
Mind you, these organizers, which price ranges from Php 30 to 200, are a total steal because Christian and Kat revealed they only spent less than Php 700 to organize the whole linen closet.

Christian met Kat in 2016. They got engaged after a year of being together.
In November 2018, the two officially sealed the deal by tying the knot in a beautiful intimate wedding in Tirtha Uluwatu in Bali, Indonesia, situated on a breathtaking cliff top with views of the Indian Ocean.
A month after their Bali wedding, Christian and Kat held their Manila wedding reception for their friends and colleagues.
