Also called Rizal Park, you can spend quality time with your loved ones here with no admission fee. All you need is a mat, a few snacks or holiday leftovers, and sit back and watch the colorful dancing fountains, free concert and fireworks display.
Quezon Memorial Circle

Quezon Memorial Circle is another place where you can enjoy New Year's Eve with no admission fee. The popular national park has something for everyone: gardens, museums, playgrounds, restaurants, shopping options, and, of course, during New Year's Eve, they have light shows and fireworks display.
