Isabel Oli shares postpartum photo 5 months after giving birth to Forest
Isabel Oli is starting to love her body once again after welcoming her third child, Baby Forest, last July.
Now a mom-of-three, Isabel shared her postpartum body images to Instagram as she donned a tiny black two-piece swimsuit as she rang the new year at Nayomi Sanctuary Resort in Batangas.
According to the 39-year-old, she's beginning to appreciate what she has, even if bouncing back to her pre-pregnancy weight proves to be a little bit difficult.
“Trying to strike a pose, hiding the excess fats on my 5-month postpartum body, and smiling at the same time equals one happy momma,” she wrote in the caption.
“Yeah, just appreciating what I have now.
“After being preggy 3x, I noticed that getting back in shape is 3x harder too! Hahaha!”
Isabel continued, “Oh well, I love my body. I am just trying to stay healthy and fit, which is so important, and gaining back my old figure for me is now just a bonus.”
In a follow-up post, a bare-faced Isabel Oli is seen as she reflects on the year that was and her hopes for the year 2021.
“[The year] 2020 was probably the most challenging, intense, and emotionally and mentally stressful year. We learned a bunch of stuff, and I guess that is what's important,” she penned on Instagram.
“I, for one, realized to be appreciative and content.
“So, I ended the year and started the next with tons of prayers, spreading lots of love and kindness as much as I can. Also, adding sprinkles of positivity here and there.
“From the bottom of my heart, I wish everyone a stronger, brighter, favorable, and blessed 2021.”
Isabel Oli gave birth to her third child, Baby Forest, with her husband John Prats on July 17.
The couple announced the good news on their respective Instagram profiles, with Isabel posting her first postpartum photo just five days later.
She said, “A quick glimpse of my day to day life currently. Sleepless nights (which is a bit cray-cray) + breastfeeding = happy baby and happy momma #WeAreThePratties #PrattyTV #5DaysOld.”
The couple has two children together, namely Lily Feather, born in April 2016, and Daniel Freedom, born in November 2018.
Isabel married John on May 16, 2015.
