Influencer Kryz Uy shares her tried and tested tips for breaking the sweat while you're expecting.

You may have heard that working out while you're pregnant offers a lot of benefits for you and your baby.

That's why for her latest vlog, influencer Kryz Uy breaks down her tried and tested tips in maintaining her toned figure while in quarantine and during her pregnancy.

She tells her viewers, “I want you guys all to get moving. Now, I know it's easier said than done but now that we're spending a lot of time at home and a lot of us are bored and don't know what to do.

"We can actually put a portion of our day to working out and I think what helped me the most is creating a schedule.

“If you know exactly what you need to do every single day, then it's actually easier for you to get up and do it because you already know what to expect.”

Before she began demonstrating, she advised expectant moms to get a go-signal first from their OB-GYN before proceeding with the workout.

“But before you do anything make sure you get a clearance from your doctor. But if you're not pregnant, you can do any exercise you wanna do.

“The point is you need to make up a schedule of your exercise and do it.”

Her exercise schedule is as follows:

Monday - Barrilates (Barre + Pilates)

Tuesday and Thursday - Cardio

Wednesday - Lower Body Movements

Friday - Upper Body Movements

Saturday - Full Body

Sunday - Rest Day
