Ayon sa store manager na si Ryan Chan, iniingatan nila ang paggawa ng kanilang ice cream lalo na pagdating sa tamis na dapat malapit sa mga pagkaing kinukuhanan nila ng inspirasyon.

“'Yung sa mga flavors namin, hina-highlight namin 'yung mga Filipino delicacies and candies, like ginataan, flat tops at chocnut,” aniya.

“'Dun sa kape-yosi flavor, ang ginagamit namin diyan ay cherrywood chips which is 'yun din ang ginagamit nila sa pag-smoke ng steaks sa mga restaurant.

“Meron lang siyang smokey after taste. Coffee and then smokey after taste.”

Patok ang mga kakaibang flavors na 'yan 'di lamang sa mga lokal na turista kundi pati sa mga dayuhan.

Maliban sa kakaibang flavors, organic daw ang mga ingredients kaya masisiguradong healthy ang mga ito.
