Award-winning broadcast journalist Kara David once again bagged an award as a triathlete!
The TV host posted a series of photos of herself receiving the award at the New Clark City Triathlon 2022 on Sunday, September 25.
Kara finished third in the multisport race consisting of a 900m swim, 50k bike ride, and 12k run.
She also expressed her gratitude for her team, coach, and beloved husband for supporting her all throughout the competition.
“Happy to have finished 3rd in my age category at the New Clark City Triathlon this morning. Thank you GoClark Sports & Events for the amazing experience of racing at the world-class facilities of NCC. Thank you to my Alcoplus TriKings family for the support. And of course, thank you to my triathlon coach Jojo Macalintal of Team Trimac for your patience and for believing in me. Special thanks to Leoniza Gusilatar Maryfel Aumentado and the rest of team Trimac who really pushed me during the race. At siyempre, malilimutan ko ba si mahal LM Cancio na walang sawang sumusuporta sa lahat ng trip ko sa buhay. Labyu,” she wrote.
Last August, Kara also participated and won at the Mt. Mayon Triathlon 2022.
