Erika Padilla has a unique exercise for pregnant mommies like her
Actress Erika Padilla is on her 17th week of pregnancy to her second child and she takes care of his body by doing a lot of home exercises.
Her workouts are mostly focused on stretching and strengthening of the core and legs.
In one of her recent Instagram posts, Erika shared an effective yet delicate type of workout considerably for many, especially for pregnant mommies.
But as a pro on this, she effortlessly and calmly did the exercise.
In the video, Erika was seen balancing on a piece of board in top of a cylinder.
“This second pregnancy is a little bit more sensitive than my first.
"I can't exercise for more than 30 minutes but still doing my best to challenge myself every time I move.
"Here's a combo of core and legs while balancing on a board,” she wrote.
She also warned her pregnant followers to not practice the said workout if they are not used with the apparatus.
“PREGNANT WOMEN, PLEASE DO NOT TRY IF UNFAMILIAR WITH THE APPARATUS,” she said.
Meanwhile, earlier in February, Erika penned a lengthy and sweet message to his firstborn Greyson. The letter is about him becoming a Kuya.
Part of her message read, "I want you to know before your little sibling arrives, that you have been a wonderful baby to us.
"Being a new parent wasn't always easy, but with you, it wasn't difficult either.
“A lot of words to describe you, but the best part is how you have allowed me to become a better person.
“I know better who I am, and what my life is all about, and for that, thank you anak.
“I will miss the days when I just had you, but I am more than ready to be a mom of two. You prepared me for this.
“I pray that you continue to be a kind and good natured little boy, and that it transcends into a compassionate and wise older brother in the future. I love you.”
Erika married Filipino-American coach and retired professional basketball player
Jeff Cariaso in June 2017.
Three months after, on September 2017, they welcomed their firstborn Greyson Cariaso.
