Mylene Dizon shares her arm workout from home

Bilangin ang Bituin sa Langit actress Mylene Dizon shared her simple home workout for toning her arms.

In a video posted on Instagram, she showed her routine from warming up to cooling down with stretching.

"'Yung mga jiggly jiggly arms na yan, mahirap. Mahirap talaga tanggalin lalo na 'pag nagkaka edad ka na," she says in the beginning of the video.

She also has a few reminders before beginning the exercise.

"Because we're doing strength now, it's not really how many you can do but the quality of each repetition or each movement na gagawin natin," she explains.
