Seasoned actress and Bilangin ang Bituin sa Langit star Mylene Dizon shared two workouts she's been doing at home while the enhanced community quarantine is in effect.

Mylene shared her video while doing her morning core workout routine at home. Mylene's workout routine is one-minute of three sets of mountain climbers, high plank, plank twist, boat to low boat, and leg raise.
Mylene also shared her workout routine for oblique muscle. Her workout routine is one-minute of three sets of hip dips, knee drives, hip up, sprint crunches, and core stabilizer.
Mylene also reminded netizens to warm up and stretch before and after your routine.
“Remember to warm up for about 10-15 minutes before doing your strength training and to stretch right after,” she wrote in the caption.
