Face mask inspired by Catriona Gray's lava gown is sold for PhP 25,000

Two years after winning Miss Universe 2018, Catriona Gray is still an inspiration as a face mask is designed after her famous "lava gown."

Now that face masks are part of the new normal and staying protected from COVID-19 can also come in style, fashionable face masks are becoming a trend.

One particular design made by fashion designer Mak Tumang is actually inspired by Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray's iconic lava gown, which he also designed.

The beaded lava mask resembling Catriona's lava gown comes with a signature box and is currently sold for PhP 25,000 at The Mak Tumang Atelier in Mexico, Pampanga.

The designer came up with a set of fashionable face masks at different prices, which varied in packing and style. All masks are made of 3-ply material, in a non-woven filter, cotton lining, and are washable.

The masks are available for shipping nationwide and internationally.
