'Walang Matigas na Pulis sa Matinik na Misis' star Beauty Gonzalez embraces the beauty of Philippine culture in her look at the GMA Gala 2023.
Versatile actress Beauty Gonzalez was a total stunner at the recently concluded GMA Gala 2023, which was held last Saturday (July 22) at Marriott Grand Ballroom in Newport Pasay City.
The Walang Matigas na Pulis sa Matinik na Misis lead star donned a nude corseted gown made by Mara Chua and wore pieces of gold jewelry that are centuries old.
According to the 32-year-old actress, her elegant formal look was “an appreciation for Philippine ancestral gold.”
“My look for [the] #GMAGala2023 is an appreciation for Philippine Ancestral Gold. My centuries old gold neck piece and earrings are excavated eye and mouth covers from distant places like Butuan and Surigao,” a part of her caption reads.
The actress also said that the ancestral jewelry pieces were reworked by Riqueza Fine Jewellery.
Beauty also revealed her preparations for the GMA Gala 2023 during the red carpet interview.
“Sauna, workout, family time. I had a massage para ma-relax ako and I had a bit of wine at home para magka-confidence tonight. Just like everybody else, I'm happy to be here,” she said.
Aside from the glitz and glamor, the GMA Gala 2023 was also a fundraising event for the GMA Kapuso Foundation, which will benefit various charitable organizations.
