Xavi is the first child of the celebrity stylist with her partner, tech CEO Raymond Racaza.
Liz wrote on Instagram, "Being your mother is the greatest privilege. Happy 1st birthday my darling baby boy."
Her fellow It Girls and celebrity friends like Anne Curtis, Isabelle Daza, Georgina Wilson, and Raymond Gutierrez sent their greetings for the birthday boy.
Liz also thanked her sister, Laureen Uy, for Xavi's birthday gift.
