On Instagram, the actor-politician composed a heartwarming birthday message for Juliana.

“Happy Birthday my love!” Richard wrote at the beginning of his message.
“Always remember that you will always be that little girl in my mind and in my heart,” he added.
Richard assures her daughter of the love and support from him and his wife Lucy.
