IN PHOTOS: Neri and Chito Miranda's rest house in Cavite
Neri and Chito Miranda had just announced that they will be renting out their beautiful rest house located in Balubad, Alfonso, Cavite.
Celebrity mompreneur Neri Miranda first teased about their new business venture in October 2017.
Over time, they shared the progress of the rest house's construction, and in September 2019, they first shared a stunning aerial view photo of their newly built property.
Their son, Alfonso “Miggy” Miranda III, celebrated his fourth birthday last year in their house with a fun “Call of Duty” theme.
In his recent Facebook post, Chito Miranda said, “Gusto ko lang po i-share sa inyo yung laman ng aming resthouse, para makita nyo kung anong meron, at kung ano ang mga pwede nyong gawin if ever matripan nyo maki-stay at makibakasyon dito sa resthouse namin.
Opo...pwede nyo na po i-rent starting this Feb.”
The Parokya ni Edgar frontman then gave further details about their property and the rental fee.
“We have a total of 4 rooms. 2 master rooms (na good for 2 to 4), and 2 barkada rooms (na good for 4 to 6).
“Pwede kayo mag-rent ng isang room for P5000, or pwede nyo din i-rent yung all 4 rooms for P20k para walang ibang guests kundi kayo, at para wala kayong kahati sa pool haha!
(Pero minsan ok din na may ibang guests kung di nyo kukunin lahat ng rooms...malay nyo maging friends nyo yung barkada nila)
“Pwede nyo din i-rent yung pavilion namin for P30k, for your parties: kasal, binyag, debut, or kahit anong trip nyo.
“You could rent the entire place, including the pavilion/events place for P50k.”
Chito also gave an important reminder to all those who are planning to rent out their rest house.
“But please, please, please, keep in mind na resthouse talaga namin ito, and nagse-stay talaga kami dito to relax pag walang work...so please take care of our resthouse, tulad ng pag-alaga namin, if ever maki-stay kayo.”

Entrance
This is the gate of Miranda's Rest House. The 'Parokya ni Edgar' frontman had funny captions for the photos of their rest house. His caption for this photo reads: “Eto yung gate ng resthouse namin. 'Yan yung ginagamit namin para makapasok sa resthouse. Pwede rin syang gamitin para makalabas mula sa resthouse. Dual purpose kumbaga.”
Court
One of the first things you'll see upon entering Miranda's Rest House is this basketball court where, according to Chito Miranda, he defeated Poch Juinio on a one-on-one shooting game.
From another angle
Aside from the parasols and chairs and tables, there's also a fire pit nearby so you can keep yourselves warm while hanging out in the garden area.
Playground and treehouse
Kids will surely enjoy playing in the treehouse and the slide and swing in the playground.
Chilling in the rest house
Here's a photo of Chito chilling in their rest house. Of course, in true Chito fashion, he had a funny caption to go along with it. He said, “Dito, pinapakita ko lang kung paano ako tumambay sa resthouse. Di po talaga ako tumatambay nung time na yan...nag-pose lang ako na as if nakatambay ako. Galing no? Mukhang totoo eh.”
Bedroom 1 (lower level)
Here's a photo of the mini living area in the first bedroom. Chito says the sofa can be converted into a bed.
Bedroom 1 (upper level)
The actual bedroom in the upper level has a cozy, modern-minimalist design. The sofa is also convertible into a bed. Hence, up to four people can stay in the first bedroom.
Smart TV
All of their bedrooms have a smart TV, so you can watch videos on YouTube or indulge in your favorite Netflix series during your staycation.
Barkada room (lower level)
Rooms 2 and 3 of the Miranda's Rest House have bunk beds on the lower level. Each bed has a nightlight and USB port for charging gadgets.
Barkada room (upper level)
The barkada rooms have two double beds. So, all-in-all, six people can stay in the barkada room, two in the lower level and four in the upper level.
Pavilion
The couple also shared 3D graphics of the rest house's pavilion. It can accommodate up to 100 guests. It has a built-in tech place for your event's sound system, a powder room that can be used by six persons at once, and a door that leads to the prep area for your catering team.
Other side
There's also a stage in the pavilion and French doors that are perfect for the bride's entrance.
