LOOK: The family life of LJ Moreno and Jimmy Alapag
Actress and entrepreneur LJ Moreno and PBA star Jimmy Alapag announced in late 2020 that they have decided to move to the United States for good.
Together with their children--Ian Maximus, Keona Skye, and Calen Asher--the celebrity couple have now settled in California.
The move was partly because of the COVID-19 pandemic's toll on their family, as well as LJ's unfortunate miscarriage during the early stages of her fourth pregnancy.
"It's been a strange six months, to say the least. With so many of us affected by this pandemic, I know it has forced us as a family to change course a little bit in terms of our plans as a family.
"Going through everything these past few months, LJ and I spoke about what will be the next step for our family, what's going to happen as far as the basketball game is in Manila.
"We decided to move back here in the States for the meantime," LJ explained in a vlog.

In an interview with 'The 700 Club Asia,' LJ revealed that she and Jimmy had been in a relationship for four years. However, the two then split which LJ recalls as her most painful breakup.
Marriage
Eventually, LJ and Jimmy were able to reconnect and rebuild their relationship. In August 2010, the couple finally tied the knot.
Ian Maximus
LJ and Jimmy's eldest is Ian Maximus. They adopted Ian in 2014 after going through the adoption process for two years. A few days after the couple brought Ian home, another surprise came for LJ and Jimmy.
Keona Skye
Three days after they adopted Ian, LJ found out that she was pregnant with her daughter, Keona Skye!
Jimmy Alapag
Jimmy is a star both inside the hard court and their home. He is an amazing husband to his wife and a great dad to his kids.

LJ and Jimmy are raising their kids to have an interest in sports. Ian does martial arts while Keona does gymnastics.

41st birthday
LJ admitted that not having Jimmy on her 41st birthday is hard, but the kids are there to make her celebration more special. She posted on Instagram, “Thank you to everyone that sent greetings, yummy food and visited me yesterday! Definitely missed @jalapag3 but atleast we got him on video call while I blew my cake plus he's excused this year kasi he's making sure my gift is ready to welcome us when we get there . Spent the day packing and taking care of the kids but was so touched that my cousin @ginabrowntayag and mom @dlacsamana came down just to make sure I got to celebrate! Thank yoy Lord for another year!”
Baby announcement
After a couple of months being tight-lipped, LJ and Jimmy finally confirmed on their July 10, 2022 vlog that they will be adding a new member to their beautiful family.
LJ asked everyone to pray for them saying, “Please keep us in your prayers right now everything looks good--the baby heartbeat is normal, everything looks normal.”
