Promising singer Jayda Avanzado starts a the new year by investing on her first property, a condominium unit.
The daughter of Phenomenal Diva Jessa Zaragoza shared on her Instagram page last January 5 that she now owns a condominium unit.
She posted, “Starting the year with some fulfillment; My first big girl purchase & investment of 2024!
“My own condo unit A lot of work to do to make it more my own but here's to new beginnings!”
Jessa commented on Jayda's Instagram post saying, “We are so so proud of you anak sa pag susumikap mo sa trabaho at sa pag iipon May GOD bless you more! Congrats!!! @jayda”
Likewise, the singer-actress's husband, Dingdong Avanzado, lauded his daughter knowing that she really worked hard to achieve this goal.
The OPM singer said, “Congratulations anak @jayda I am beyond proud. I am so thankful for all the blessings.
“I know the hard work you've put into achieving your goals in life. Always remember, it's not a sprint… It's a marathon. Run the race well and trust God for the results. To him be all the Glory. Love you my Child.”
