Alden Richards sings two Christian songs in 'Upsurge'
The Pambansang Bae said this is his way to show his gratefulness to the Lord.
For Alden Richards, adding religious songs to his album and performing it for people are ways for him to show God his gratefulness.
“My songs are very personal and very intimate. Gaya na lang nung dalawang Christian songs na lumabas dun sa album ko… Kasi [they’re] songs na dun ko maipapakita kung gaano ako nagpapasalamat sa Diyos for everything that has happened in my life,” he said.
With that in mind, he made sure to sing Christian tunes during 'Upsurge,' his first major concert held last night at the Kia Theatre.
