Is James Wright in a relationship?

Kapuso singer James Wright had an interesting answer when he was asked by entertainment bloggers if he was single.
“I’m not in a relationship but I’m not single kasi I believe that my fans are sort of like my girlfriends. At the end of the day, I always get 50 or 20 messages from my fans saying ‘I love you, baby’, ‘Baby, go to sleep’, ‘Baby, kain na’. So I’m sort of in a relationship with my fans na eh,” he said.
His fans, especially his fan club the Wrighters, have been a solid support system for him since he was new in showbiz.
“I’m very happy na they’re always there… I’m very thankful sa mga fans ko because three years na [kami magkasama],” he noted.
The group has become very close that members share their secrets with each other and James himself.
“I’m only there as a kuya. Yung mga group chat namin sa Facebook… if you have a problem, you message [and] there will be people there to help you. I will be one of those people… I’m reading every single comment there,” he added.
On a more serious note, he said that he’s giving most of his time and energy in his music and sharing it with the world.
“At the moment, [I prefer] to just focus on the work muna, focus on the music and focus on promoting the album because all the love that I have is in the music. It’s a piece of my heart,” he declared.
James recently released his second EP 'Just Wright,' under GMA Records. It’s available in various digital platforms and music stores, and features the theme song of the Philippine remake of My Love from The Star. Asked about why the album was called such, the Fil-Aus singer replied with wit.
“Minsan delikado 'yung sobra pero minsan mahirap 'yung kulang, so mas mabuti kung Just Wright,” he quipped.
