Full text of Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement
Malacañang on Tuesday released the full text of the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement, which was signed by Philippine and US officials shortly before the arrival of President Barack Obama in the country on Monday.

The agreement spells out the terms for the use of Philippine military facilities by US forces, assistance to the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and US troop deployment on a rotational basis to the country in line with the Visiting Forces Agreement.
