Pacquiao all praises for Coach Buboy

At the post-fight press conference, new World Boxing Association welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao was all praises for his new coach, Buboy Fernandez for helping him win the fight.

"I'm not saying Freddie Roach is not a good trainer, he's a legend," Pacquiao begins, revealing he might get Roach for his next fight.

"But Buboy, he handled well for this fight and training camp. I really appreciate it," Pacquiao said.

He revealed what their strategy was for the fight: patience. "Our strategy is to [be] patient... take time, don't rush. Don't be careless like what we did before. Just focus on throwing hard punches and counter punch. We stick to that strategy," Pacquiao said.

Pacquiao dedicated his triumph to all Filipinos and to President Rodrigo Duterte, who was able to watch the fight before a scheduled meeting with Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad.
