Ayo leaves La Salle to bring “Mayhem” to UST — reports
It seems like “Mayhem” is coming to España.
The Varsitarian, student publication of the University of Santo Tomas, reported on Twitter Wednesday afternoon that Coach Aldin Ayo will head to the University of Santo Tomas to be the head coach of the Growling Tigers, after his contract with DLSU expires on December 31.

This move comes weeks after the Taft-based squad failed to defend its crown against the Ateneo Blue Eagles.
According to a Spin.ph report, Ayo had a “change of heart”, just days after he committed to stay with the Taft-based squad.
The report also said Barangay Ginebra head coach Tim Cone will act as consultant to the Archers, with Richard Del Rosario being eyed to replace Ayo's spot.
Ayo, led the Archers to a two-straight UAAP Finals appearance, bagging the championship on his first year as head coach in 2016. Prior to his DLSU stint, Ayo also led the Colegio de San Juan de Letran Knights to an NCAA championship against San Beda Red Lions in 2015.
