Ai-Ai Delas Alas and Megan Young star in upcoming movie, My Mighty Yaya

After starring in the 2015 Metro Manila Film Festival entry My Bebe Love, Ai-Ai delas Alas returns to the silver screen.

This time, she will co-star with Miss World 2013 Megan Young for the film titled My Mighty Yaya, produced by Regal Films.

In the story conference that happened last April 13, it was announced that director Joey Reyes will helm the movie.

Direk Joey also directed Ai-Ai in My Bebe Love, wherein she co-starred with Vic Sotto, Maine Mendoza, and Alden Richards.

In Ai-Ai’s Instagram post, it can be seen that Sofia Andres and Zoren Legaspi will also be part of the movie.

Zoren and Sofia were co-stars in the 2014 teleserye Forevermore, starring Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil.

New child stars Alyson McBride and Lucas Enrique will also have roles in the film.

The movie signals the return of Ai-Ai in doing movies for Regal Films. Her last movie for the film outfit was the 2005 horror movie Shake Rattle and Roll 2K5.

This is also Megan's first movie after her reign in Miss World. Her last movie was the indie film Bang Bang Alley and the 2012 Star Cinema film The Reunion.
