"I ultimately want to teach, that's why. I want to take a creative writing course, a Masters in Creative Writing or maybe Comparative Analysis. The classes that I love in school was creative writing and also being able to read a book for one week and then go back to class and discuss it," sabi ni Benjamin.
"Kasi it keeps you young, the flow of ideas, especially now, it keeps you attuned to the mindset of the students now. Kasi I'm sure if I read a book... When I was in college, the ideas and my response to it will be very different as to a student now 'cause of the way things are now. So that dialogue is forever changing, forever being updated I guess. Those are the classes that I want to teach," kaniya pang paliwanag.
Ngayong ambassador pa rin siya ng GNEA, sinabi ni Benjamin na gusto niyang makipag-ugnayan sa mga estudyanteng may mga achievement.
"Anything that they have, questions about the GMA Network Excellence Award, I'm very, very passionate about it. I want to have a very open dialogue with the students, especially with education," sabi ng aktor.
Para kay Benjamin, mahalaga ang edukasyon.
"I often get students tagging me in their photos that they graduated. Those are accomplishments that, kahit hindi siya candidate of GMA Network Excellence Award, but education is something that, it should be a right of every person, of every child, but not everyone is able to go to school," aniya.
"So just being able to graduate is already a feat. The statistics show that not everyone is able to graduate by whatever reason. It's something I'm very passionate about and I want to have an open dialouge with our Kapuso and anybody that's passionate about education, especially the GMA Network Excellence Award," pahayag pa ng Kapuso actor. -- FRJ, GMA News
