Easterlies continue to affect PHL

The effects of the easterlies will be experience in the entire country on Thursday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by localized thunderstorms.

The state weather bureau has also warned that the occurrence of flooding or landslides are possible due to severe thunderstorms.

The coastal waters in norther Luzon will be moderate to occasionally rough and slight to moderate for the rest of the country. — BAP, GMA News
