Fair conditions, showers expected across the PHL – PAGASA

With the easterlies the only weather system affecting the country on Saturday, the entire archipelago could expect generally fair conditions except for some afternoon and evening rainshowers or thunderstorms, PAGASA predicted in a 4 a.m. forecast.

Winds would be moderate to strong from the east to northeast over the northern and eastern sections of Luzon and the Eastern Visayas, where coastal waters would be moderate to rough.

Over the rest of the country, winds would be light to moderate from the east to northeast with slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions. — DVM, GMA News
