Cloudy, isolated rainshowers for Metro Manila

The effects of the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be felt in Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao on Thursday, according to PAGASA in its early morning forecast.

Palawan, central and western Visayas, and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by localized thunderstorms.

The state weather bureau advised the public to monitor for flashfloods and landslides caused by severe thunderstorms.

The coastal water condition in the extreme northern Luzon will be moderate to rough, the rest of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
