Light to heavy rain expected over the Eastern Visayas, Bicol Region
The Bicol and Eastern Visayas Regions could expect cloudy conditions with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to a low-pressure area trough, weather service PAGASA reported in a Monday morning forecast.
The northeast monsoon would meanwhile bring cloudy conditions with scattered rain over the Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Regions, Aurora, and Quezon; and partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated rain over the rest of Luzon.
The rest of the country would be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers.
Winds would be strong to gale force form the northeast over northern and Central Luzon, and over the eastern sections of southern Luzon and Palawan. Coastal waters along these areas would be from rough to very rough.
Over the rest of Luzon and the eastern section of the Visayas, winds would be moderate to strong also from the northeast with moderate to rough seas.
Finally, winds over the rest of the country would be light to moderate from the northeast to north with slight to moderate coastal waters. — DVM, GMA News
