A rough and bumpy ride for Pope Francis to Leyte

Pope Francis had a rough and bumpy ride on his way to Leyte early Saturday morning due to the inclement weather prevailing in the province.

 

"Talagang the whole flight, sobrang turbulent, very, very turbulent, napaka-bumpy," GMA News' Kara David, who was also on board the papal plane, reported.

 

"Medyo nakakahilo ng kaunti dahil patalbog-talbog yung eroplano," she said.

 

According to David, they were warned that it will be a rough flight.

 

The Pope arrived at the Daniel Romualdez International Airport in Tacloban City, Leyte at 8:47 a.m.
