‘Largest strawberry taho’ stars in ‘Flavors of the Philippines’ event in Baguio

A very tall glass of strawberry taho was the star of the Flavor Fusion event at SM City Baguio on Saturday morning.

According to a report on Balitanghali, 55 gallons (208 liters) of taho, 50 kilograms of fresh strawberries, 8 kilograms of sago and 50 gallons (190 liters) of sugar syrup were combined in a 5-foot-high container to make the delicious treat.

The taho was distributed to about 2,000 visitors to the event.

The event was in conjunction with the Department of Tourism's month-long Flavors of the Philippines campaign. — BM, GMA News
