'I Juander' management and staff give beloved host Cesar Apolinario an emotional send-off
The management and staff of documentary series "I Juander" held a special eulogy for their host Cesar Apolinario, who passed away at 46 years old on Friday.
On the GMA Public Affairs Facebook page on Saturday, the team could be seen at the wake, making the "I Juander" pose.
GMA First Vice President for Public Affairs Nessa Valdellon also posted photos of their send-off for Cesar during his wake.
Among those who delivered a eulogy was Cesar's co-host and fellow Kapuso reporter Susan Enriquez.
"I Juander’s sendoff for our host Cesar: everyone laughing and crying at the same time, sharing their memories. #SalamatCesar," Valdellon wrote.
In "I Juander," Cesar put himself in the shoes of others, be it an overseas domestic helper, a soldier at the Philippine Marine Corps, or a wheelchair-bound PWD.
His last episode on the show brought him to Pampanga for a food trip.
Cesar passed away after being diagnosed with lymphoma earlier this year, an illness which he chose to face privately.
