Miss Grand International 2018 Clara Sosa's crowning moment is a memorable one.

Upon being declared the winner of the pageant, Clara — perhaps overcome by emotion — promptly fainted.

India's Meenakshi Chaudhary was quick to respond to Clara's fall.
