Miss PHL Eva Patalinjug stumbles but recovers gracefully at the Miss Grand International prelims

At the preliminaries of Miss Grand International in Myanmar Tuesday night, Miss Philippines Eva Patalinjug gracefully recovered from a slip on stage.

Wearing a beautifully beaded nude gown, Eva first introduced herself. As she walked across the stage, she slipped but quickly and gracefully recovered.

And then with poise and confidence, she made another turn, struck a pose and smiled.

On Instagram, Eva acknowledged the little boo-boo, posting the video of slip and saying, “tonight, my heart is filled with joy knowing that my entire country stood up with me when I fell at the Miss Grand International stage.”

She added, I hope that I have shown courage, strength and the essence of rising from every stumble in life. Laban mahal kong Pilipinas!”
