Binibining Pilipinas candidate #19 Rachel Peters has drawn some attention over her resemblance to Kapuso actress Solenn Heussaff.

The beauty from Camarines Sur gave tidbits about herself in a recent video posted on Binbinbing Pilipinas' official Facebook page.

Rachel is an event organizer who has worked with international artists such as Katy Perry and Christina Aguilera. Aside from ramping on beauty pageant stages, she is also mostly seen taking a chill on beaches and playing with her dogs.

She is no newbie to beauty pageants, having been crowned 4th Princess in the Miss World Philippines pageant in 2014.

She is currently in a relationship with Camarines Sur Governor Migz Villafuerte.
