Christmas on Policarpio Street

Policarpio Street in Brgy. Zañiga, Mandaluyong City is drawing visitors with its attractions: from houses adorned with thousands of Christmas lights to a house full of Santa Clauses.

The latter is owned by former Malacañang press officer Carmen "Ching" Suva, who said that she loves seeing people happy so much, she made it a yearly tradition to display her collection of Santas—from statues to toys to mugs, from life-size figures to tiny pieces—for the enjoyment of all, especially children.

Since many people are coming here to see the houses, vendors have taken the opportunity to set up shop in the area as well.
