Regine Velasquez offers much-needed comic relief amid rain and floods on Instagram

Amid the torrential rains and severe flooding that Metro Manila and nearby provinces dealt with over the weekend, Regine Velasquez provides a much-needed comic relief.

On Instagram, Asia’s Songbird posted a meme pokes fun on her.

The meme consists of two photos: one her singing with all her might and beneath it, a photo of a boy crying in the flood. In the boy’s image, a clever netizen photoshopped a thought bubble that read: "tumigil ka na regine please, bumabaha na nga eh."
