Mocha Uson, blogger slammed for ‘ipederalismo’ dance
Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson is in hot water over a supposed comedy segment about federalism that involved a questionable dance.
On Uson's "Good News Game Show," co-host Drew Olivar did a dance while chanting, "I-pepe, i-pepe, i-dede, i-dede... ipederalismo!" and gesturing to his crotch and his chest.
This infuriated netizens, prompting them to question Uson's ability to be an effective instrument in raising awareness about federalism. Some netizens also slammed Uson for supposedly being a waste of taxes as a public servant.

Memo to @MochaUson

Gusto mo pag usapan ng tao, di ba? Then let’s have it. You can’t ask us to treat you seriously when you make stupid stunts like this during office hours. As long as you work for the government, you’re accountable to us. https://t.co/DDWeRNCsln
HOW CAN THEPUBLIC APPRECIATE FEDERALISM IF THIS IS THE MANNER BY WHICH THEY INTEND TO EXPLAIN IT? THE ISSUE ON FEDERALISM IS NOT A JOKE. WHY FOOL AROUND? FEDERALISM DESERVES BETTER THAN TOILET HUMOR. https://t.co/hkp5OenkZa

#FireMocha
Dear @MochaUson, you can be a better person. This society may have failed you and brought you to this point but I still want to believe that you and your cohorts are capable of changing. #fedelarism #PepeDedeRalismo

@MochaUson is a wrong choice to explain federalism to the people. Let's be real here.

Mocha Uson knows that we know that she knows that she knows nothing and that she's there for money.

That way, naipoposisyon sya as “federalism thought-leader”, however wrong her thoughts about it.

Uson, who earlier said she would use social media to "simplify" and explain the merits of federalism to the Filipino public, responded to the backlash by saying that she did not spend any government money on her "online game show."
In a separate post, Uson also hit out at critics, saying that they took the moment out of context.
Malacañang previously said that the Consultative Committee (Con-com), the body that reviewed the 1987 Constitution, was planning to tap Uson in an information drive about federalism, and that the campaign will have a budget of P90 million. — BM, GMA News
