Regine Velasquez has a hilarious tweet about the heavy rains

The monsoon has been bringing on continuous rains throughout the Philippines all week long, and Regine Velasquez couldn't help but notice.

The Asia's Songbird took to Twitter to get ahead of anyone who might want to point at her for the blame.
