Haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, flood Taylor Swift's Instagram with snakes

American popstar Taylor Swift is in the middle of another feud — this time between her fans and haters.

After being publicly called out by her former flame Calvin Harris, netizens have made it known which side they're on through an emoji war.

Swift's haters have taken to posting comments consisting solely of the snake emoji on each of the singer's Instagram posts.

They went as far as scrolling down to Swift's first post, which was posted 49 weeks ago.

Meanwhile, her fans have countered the snakes with heart emojis.

The emoji war began after Harris accused Swift of being a bully.

After confirming reports that his hit song "This Is What You Came For" was written by Swift, the DJ went on a Twitter tirade.

"Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though," Harris said.

Singer Katy Perry, who had a stormy history with Swift, was also involved in his rant.
