Solenn Heussaff is ready for more drama in 'Cain at Abel'

Solenn Heussaff admits she's feeling a lot of pressure about doing drama scenes in upcoming Kapuso primetime series Cain at Abel.

“It's a huge pressure on me because it's Dingdong [Dantes] and Dennis [Trillo] together and everyone has been waiting for this.

“They're the two kings of GMA and they're both very good in their craft.

“Sanya [Lopez], who I've worked with in Encantadia, she's really talented and she's really an amazing girl.

“It's a lot of pressure because they're all good at drama. Drama is not my forte,” Solenn told GMAnetwork.com after the Chevrolet Colorado Storm Challenge with her husband Nico Bolzico which was held recently.

However, the Kapuso actress-TV host said that she feels more confident about doing drama scenes.

She said, “It's a lot of pressure, but I think, so far, I've been doing okay and everyone has been so patient with me on the set.

“Kaya nga I'm excited to see the outcome. We're gonna be showing in November.”

Solenn also took note of how working with her previous co-actors helped her to feel at ease on the set.

She related, “Crying is hard. But I can do it now. But it's not like… I can do in 20 takes or 30 takes like, padahan-dahan.

“But it's okay kasi the more you work with people, the more comfortable you are, so it's easier to be able to open up in front of them.

“I mean, Dennis, I've done at least four movies with him and a teleserye.

"Dingdong, it's my second time to work with him, in Alyas Robin Hood and here.

“Sanya is very easy to get along, she's such a very sweet girl and super talented and I think it's very good for her.”

Meanwhile, GMAnetwork.com asked Nico's reaction about Solenn working with two handsome leading men of GMA.

He said he has yet to meet Dennis. About Dingdong, he said, "I met Dingdong, he's amazing and he's super nice.”

Then, he said in jest, “So yeah, me and Marian [Rivera, Dingdong's wife], we're gonna have a kissing scene.”
