Tom Rodriguez talks about his two GMA projects, "Someone to Watch Over Me" and "#LIKE"
Pressured ba si Tom sa kanyang dalawang bagong show?
In an interview with the actor-host during the press conference of his upcoming talent show with Balang, Tom was asked if he feels pressured to do well in his drama series Someone to Watch Over Me and also in #LIKE.
He explained, “Para sa akin po, I’m excited definitely. Kung ‘yung pressure iisipin ko, hindi siya makakatulong."
He continued, "Whatever naman that’s given to me, kahit alam ko pa ‘yun gawin or hindi, or bago sa akin, tina-try ko na lang gawin kung anong makakaya [ko,] kung anong best ko, kasi that’s what I can give, eh."
Sinabi rin niya na hindi niya mako-control ang sasabihin ng mga tao. "Sa manonood man siya, sa tao, sa mga press, or ano. Kung sino man magkakaroon ng opinion, whether positive or negative, hindi ko naman po maco-control yun. ‘Yung maco-control ko lang po is kung ano ang kaya ko magawa, kaya ko maibigay. For me, ang iniisip ko is to do the best that I can [do.]”
#LIKE will start airing on September 3, while Someone to Watch Over Me will premiere this September 5 in GMA Telebabad.
