How long does Kuya Germs sleep?

Ever heard of the expression 'Walang Tulugan!' which was popularized by the Master Showman German Moreno? If yes, then you and probably most of the Kapuso viewers are wondering how many hours of sleep does Kuya Germs actually get. Read on and find out straight from the showbiz legend himself in this exclusive interview.
The Master Showman German “Kuya Germs” Moreno is indeed as tireless as he seems.
The seventy-year-old host and talent manager admits that there are days when he sleeps for only four hours. On tiring days, however, he plays Candy Crush for a bit and immediately dozes off.
In many occasions though, much like the 18th year anniversary press conference of Walang Tulugan with the Master Showman, he’s out and about with much energy and enthusiasm. He attributes this vigor to the people who inspire him to keep doing what he does.
During this milestone, he thanked the people who have supported him throughout the years, most especially GMA Chairman and CEO Atty. Felipe L. Gozon. He told the Walang Tulugan cast and members of the press how important it is to be grateful.
“Wag niyong kalilimutan na… ‘di kayo makakarating sa’nyong kinalalagayan kung hindi dahil sa mga tao na gumagabay sa ‘tin,” he said.
The journey hasn’t been easy, he admits. But in his many years in the business, he has learned how to deal with the negativity that people throw at him.
“’Wag natin dadalhin sa pagkapikon o pagkagalit. Dahil ako lamang, para akong dumaan din sa butas ng karayom. Sa taon na binibilang ko, ngayon meron pa ring sinusulat na (masama). The most important is mas nakakarami pa rin yung rumerespeto sa 'yo,” he said.
Another thing that keeps him going is when Atty. Gozon informed him that Walang Tulugan is part of the top 5 shows that Filipinos abroad want to watch. He also thanked the PMPC Star Awards for the acclamations they’ve given him including Best Variety Show Host and Best Supporting Actor.
Walang Tulugan has become very dear to him to the point that he even goes with his team to Divisoria to help shop for props.
The show reaching eighteen years only motivates him to keep on going and outdo what they’ve already achieved. “Mas marami pa kong magagawa… Ipagpapatuloy ko pa rin… Talagang maraming salamat,” he said.
